At 123 Rooms, we want your booking experience to be transparent and simple. By making a reservation on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 l) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, cancellations will be governed by our specific policy detailed in point 2.
2. Cancellation and Refund Periods
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is based on how far in advance the cancellation is requested:
- Free Cancellation (100% Refund): If you cancel more than 14 days before your check-in date.
- Partial Cancellation (50% Refund): If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date.
- No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before your check-in date or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

3. Reservation Modifications

- Changes are subject to availability and possible fare variations (e.g., switching from low to high season).
- If the change is requested outside the free cancellation period, it will be considered a new booking, and the penalties outlined in point 2 will apply to the original booking.
4. Cancellations by 123 Rooms
In the exceptional case that we must cancel your reservation due to force majeure or serious damage to the room that prevents your stay:
- We will notify you immediately.
- You will be offered a room of similar or better quality.
- If you do not accept the change, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
5. Refund Procedure
To request a cancellation, you can do so from your user panel in “My Bookings” or by sending an email to 123roomsvalencia@gmail.com indicating your order number. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used within 3 to 7 business days.
